- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1 cup almond milk any non-dairy milk will do
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 lemon
- A few drops Liquid Stevia Can substitue for 2 tbsp coconut sugar
Batter
If you don't want to buy premade oat flour, you can make it in a high speed blender, food processor or even a coffee grinder.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl first, then add wet ingredients and mix to stir. Don’t over mix.
Heat up a non-stick pan and measure out a 1/4 cup of batter.
Pour batter onto pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles start to form. That's when you know to flip.
