Detox Tropical Smoothie

Servings 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana or fresh
  • 1 cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 cup plant milk or coconut water

Instructions

  • Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Depending on your blenders power, you may need to stop blending and scrape down the sides of the blender. If its still not blending, add a few splashes of water to help the blender.
  • Serve in a cup with some fresh berries, granola and nut butter or enjoy on it's own.
