rolled oats

scoop
vanilla protein powder

plant milk

tbsp
applesauce

tbsp
maple syrup

tbsp
rainbow sprinkles

vanilla

tsp
baking powder

tbsp
plant based yogurt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degree and grease your baking dish.
To a blender, add your oats and blend on high to make an oat flour.
Then add in the protein powder, milk, maple syrup, applesauce, vanilla, and baking powder. Blend on high until smooth.
Once batter is made, add in sprinkles and stir to combine.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow cake to cool and then top with vanilla yogurt. Optional, add more sprinkles to garnish and enjoy!
