Creamy Broccoli Salad

quinoa

chopped walnuts

grapes
Creamy Dressing
1
cup
cauliflower
1/2
cup
white beans

tbsp
nutritional yeast
1
lemon juice
1-2
garlic cloves

cup
soy milk
1/4
tsp
salt
pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop the broccoli into very small pieces and place into a large bowl.
Then chop the onion and slice the grapes in half.
Add the remaining ingredients with the broccoli.
Cook the quinoa and add into the bowl. Once the dressing is made, pour in the broccoli mixture and mix well to combine.
Creamy Dressing
Place all the ingridents in to a food processor or high speed blender.
Blend until thick and creamy. You can steam the cauliflower first to make the dressing belnd easier.
