Healthy Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  • If making your own oat flour, pour 1 cup rolled oats and blend on high. Blend until oats are finely ground.
  • Then add all ingreidents into blend except the chocolate and blend. Occasionally scape sides and continue to blend until smooth.
  • Then add in chocolate chips and blend to combine.
  • Store in an air tight container and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
