Healthy Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients

chickpeas
1/2
cup
oat flour
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
3
medjool dates
3
tbsp
maple syrup
1/3
cup
plant milk
3
tbsp
vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
If making your own oat flour, pour 1 cup rolled oats and blend on high. Blend until oats are finely ground.
Then add all ingreidents into blend except the chocolate and blend. Occasionally scape sides and continue to blend until smooth.
Then add in chocolate chips and blend to combine.
Store in an air tight container and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
