Ingredients
1/2cuppeanut butter
1/4cup plus 2 tsp coconut sugar
2 tbspplus 1 tsp oat flour
1tspbaking soda
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4cupchocolate candies
1tbspflax mill
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
Now make the flax egg. It's just 1 tbsp of flax mill to 2 tbsp of water whisked together. Just let it sit until the water is fully absorbed.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, flax egg.
Combine the wet to the dry ingredinets and stir until combined. Then add in the rolled oats and chocolate candies and mix in.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the cookie dough and form into a ball. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly flatten the dough.
