Blueberry Hummus

Equipment

  • High-speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 4 dates
  • 3 tbsp plant milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or pb fit
  • 1/2 cup wild blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend the oat into flour. Then drain and rinse chickpeas.
  • Then pour the chickpeas, dates, milk, pb fit, vanilla and salt into the blend.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more milk into blender, slowly, if you need to help the blender.
  • Once blended, add the blueberries and mix.
  • Pour into an air tight container and enjoy!

Notes

I used frozen wild blueberries because I love how small they are.
