This Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats is a fun and delicous breakfast you can make the night before or it can be enjoyed as an afternoon snack.

1cupsrolled oats
1banana
2tbspcacao powder
2tbspPB fit powder
Liquid stevia
1tspvanilla
1/4tspCinnamon
1/2cupwater
1/2cupplant milk
Instructions
Add rolled oats, pb powder, cacao powder and cinnamon to a medium jar with a lid. Mix together with a fork.
Then add in the water, plant milk, sliced banana, vanilla and a few drops of liquid stevia. If you don't have stevia, you can sub with a tablespoon of maple sryup, honey or omit all together. Mix with a form until all the dry ingredients are combinded.
Screw on the lid and place in the refrigerator for up to an hour. You can top the overnight oats with chocolate chips, cacao nibs, coconut flakes and more banana, or enjoy as is on the go.
