  • Rolled oats

  • Coconut Sugar

This recipe is super easy to make and can be whipped up in less than 10 minutes.

The process of making an edible cookie dough is super simple because there are no eggs, no ovens and no flour! It could not be easier.

Cream the almond butter and coconut sugar together with a hand mixer or whisk. Once combined, add in the tablespoon of plant milk and vanilla, I love oat milk, and whisk together. Add in the dry ingredients (flour, oats and salt) and mix until combined. Fold in those cacao nibs and roll into small bite sized pieces. Now, get to munching!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Add the vanilla and milk. Combine thoroughly.
  • Mix in the flour, quick oats and salt until combined.
  • Stir in the cacao nibs. Roll into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
